Delivery Policy

You have decided to make second-hand your first choice, by coming to us, you are committing to making the world more sustainable. So we’d like to make it our responsibility to not let you down!

How long does it take to deliver?

We will process your order within one business day be fulfilled before they are delivered, and another one business day to be picked up by the courier, we fully understand that the speed of delivery is important to you, so we will try our best to process our order as soon as we receive them.

Delivery Disputes

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us to file a claim.

We charge a flat rate of 3 JOD wide per delivery for orders placed whole of Jordan through Bunalitta website, or by chose local pickup method that allows the customers to pick up the order themselves from the seller location without any extra fees.
